Had dinner at The Trent Lock several times, and never been disappointed. Service very friendly and food is excellent. Furthermore, it&#39;s top restaurant in the area for bathrooms cleanliness, they are always spot on

Friendly staff but food is slightly over priced.in my view for what is essentially a pub. But overall I would recommend the pub. Excellent location too.

Lovely welcoming atmosphere , friendly , smiley waitress , nothing was too much trouble.  food was lovely but prices have gone up . We decided not to have desert as they were very expensive  . Overall a great evening spent with friends .

First time visit to The Trent Lock for Sunday lunch and we were not disappointed. The food was good and generous portions for the cost. Service was a little slow but perhaps not surprising given the time of day and possible staffing issues. Will return in the spring to explore the outside area and the weekday menu.
